If the food delivered does not match the items ordered or standard represented on the Website, the customer must contact Pizza Pazzi by phone on 06 834 3545 within 10 minutes of receiving the delivery.

If Pizza Pazzi is responsible for the error, a new delivery or refund will be organised at no extra cost.

Pizza Pazzi retains the right to dispute the claim.

Pizza Pazzi will not offer refund or free replacement if a claim is made after 10 minutes of delivery.
